An exclusive ORTRIS offering, “Close By Phone” reduces loan-closing costs. We review, prepare and ship the closing package to the borrower. An ORTRIS closer meets with the borrower via telephone to review the documents and answer questions. At the conclusion of the call, the borrower signs the documents, enlists a notary public to complete the execution of the closing package and returns the documents for review and recording.
“Close By Phone” minimizes scheduling conflicts while providing direct access to experienced closing professionals.
