ORTRIS provides centralized outsourcing to the lending community while consistently raising the bar on customer service and satisfaction. Our Customer Service Team seeks to identify industry issues and changes in customer needs. This knowledge enables us to adapt product offerings to better meet market and client demands.

Since one of our most important functions as an outsourcing partner is constant communication, our Customer Service Department maintains a 13-hour workday, Monday through Friday to ensure customers receive assistance across various time zones.

The Customer Service Team serves as a liaison between our customers and production departments providing a single point of contact, while monitoring the timeliness and accuracy of all products. ORTRIS customers have the ability to send orders, receive order status and receive fee quotes via fax or email. Customers can also place orders by telephone and obtain order status via the Internet 24/7.

ORTRIS customer service specialists responding to incoming calls are empowered to take ownership to act immediately and proactively to customer inquiries. Our specialists receive departmental cross training which supplies them with the knowledge and tools to help you get answers.
