Our automated valuation models can be used for pre-qualification, property valuation for streamline refinances or equity products, loss mitigation for an immediate representation of property, or for portfolio and appraisal review.

Broker Price Opinion (BPO)
ORTRIS offers fast and accurate broker price opinion services through state licensed brokers and agents. Choose a limited/exterior, drive by or full/interior BPO. Completed products are delivered on forms with photos of the subject property. BPOs are ideal for default loans, foreclosures, loss mitigation, bankruptcy, due diligence/bulk sales, loan servicing, quality control, portfolios and REO departments.

Flood Compliance
ORTRIS provides guaranteed flood determinations so lenders can secure insurance to indemnify against mortgage loss resulting from a loan being made on real property located within a Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA).

The choice of either a basic determination or life-of-loan determination provides added flexibility. Life-of-loan determinations are tracked and changes are reported to you in order to protect the collateral within the federally regulated time periods.
